How Aimstors projects work, how to book a call, pay invoices, use the client portal, buy and set up AI agent kits, and get support.

How a project works

Every Aimstors project follows the same four steps, so you always know what happens next.

  1. Free discovery call (30 minutes): an engineer listens to your goal and asks the right questions.
  2. Fixed written quote: scope, timeline and price within 24 hours of the call.
  3. Build with weekly demos: you see real progress on a staging link every week and give feedback early.
  4. Launch and support: we go live together and include 30 days of post-launch support.

You own the code. Source files, domains and hosting accounts are handed over to you at the end.

Booking a call and getting a quote

Use the Book Free Call button anywhere on the site, the contact form, or WhatsApp. Pick a slot and tell us in a sentence what you want to build. We confirm your slot on WhatsApp or email, usually within a few hours.

  • Helpful to have: your goal, rough budget, deadline and any examples you like.
  • The cost estimator gives an instant indicative range. The binding price is always the written quote.
  • We reply to every enquiry within one business day.
  • NDAs are available on request before you share anything sensitive.

Payments and invoices

  • A 50% advance starts a project; the balance is due on completion and before final delivery.
  • Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each month.
  • Pay invoices online with UPI, cards or net banking through Razorpay, or by bank transfer where agreed.
  • Late payments may attract 2% monthly interest, as set out in the terms.

AI agent kits are one-time payments of ₹5,000 each and download straight after payment.

Client portal

Active clients get a private portal. Sign in with the email we invited or your Google account.

  • Overview: project status and what's next.
  • Documents: contracts, files and deliverables.
  • Meetings: scheduled calls and notes.
  • Billing: invoices and online payment.
  • Messages: talk directly to the team building your project.
  • Updates: weekly progress notes and demos.
  • Support: raise and track requests.
  • Settings: your profile and password.

Can't sign in? Use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page. We email a reset link.

AI Agents Store

Every agent page has a free live demo. When you're happy, buy the kit for ₹5,000 and it downloads immediately as a ZIP.

  1. Open an agent and chat with the live demo (8 free messages).
  2. Click Buy, enter your name and email, and pay securely with Razorpay.
  3. Your ZIP downloads automatically and is saved to a private link, so you can re-download it later (up to 25 times).
  4. Keep that link private: anyone who has it can download your kit.

Setting up an agent kit

Each kit contains seven files: README, system prompt, importable workflow, knowledge-base template, test cases, go-live checklist and a config template.

  1. Fill in the knowledge-base template with your real prices, policies and FAQs. The agent answers only from this.
  2. Replace the business name placeholder in the system prompt.
  3. Import the workflow into n8n (or rebuild the same five steps in Make or Zapier).
  4. Add your AI provider key and channel credentials from the config template.
  5. Run every case in the test list, including a question the agent can't answer.
  6. Go live on one channel first, then expand.
  • Set a monthly spending limit with your AI provider.
  • On WhatsApp, only approved template messages can be sent after the customer's 24-hour window.
  • Keep a human available for sensitive conversations.

Accounts and security

  • Create an account with your email or Google. Confirm your email using the link we send.
  • Passwords need 8+ characters with a mix of upper and lower case, numbers or symbols.
  • Forgot your password? Request a reset link from the sign-in page.
  • You can ask us to delete your data at any time. We acknowledge within 48 hours and complete within 30 days.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a typical website or app take?

Simple websites take 1 to 3 weeks, apps and platforms 6 to 14 weeks, and AI automations 2 to 4 weeks. Your written quote has the exact timeline.

Is the cost estimator the final price?

No. It's an indicative range based on our package prices. The final price is the fixed written quote you receive after a free call.

Do I need technical knowledge to use an AI agent kit?

If you can use tools like n8n, Make or Zapier you can set it up with the guide. Otherwise request implementation and we'll do it for you.

Who owns the code?

You do. After full payment, custom deliverables are yours, along with the domains and hosting accounts.

What if I lose my kit download link?

Email us from the address you used to buy and we'll help you recover it.
